Is there a free plan or trial?

Yes. The free plan includes 1 event and 500 MB of storage. The 7-day trial unlocks Pro-level features and includes 30 images, so you can test a real booth before paying.

How does the Pay-Per-Event pass work?

Buy a pass and apply it to the event you want to run. That event is unlocked with 5 GB of storage and no capture cap. You can apply it from the dashboard or from the booth app.

Which cameras can I use?

The built-in camera of any iPhone, iPad or Android device, GoPro HERO cameras over USB or WiFi, and Canon, Nikon or Sony cameras over USB for photos. 360 spinners from Dzen, Achhatech and Chacktok connect over Bluetooth.

Can guests get prints?

Yes. Print with AirPrint on iOS, DNP printers, or the system print dialog on Android, in 4x6, 5x7, 6x8 or 2x6 strips, with multiple copies.

What if the venue has no internet?

The booth keeps capturing. Photos wait in an upload queue that survives app restarts and upload to the gallery once you're back online.

How long do online galleries stay up?

3 months on Trial, Starter and Pro plans, and 30 days on the Free plan and Pay-Per-Event passes. You get a reminder email before a gallery expires.

Can AI restyle guest photos at the booth?

Not yet. Today you can create and test AI prompts and the 12 preset styles in the dashboard. Applying them to guest photos at the booth is coming soon.
